ORDER & DELIVERY

Current delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands & Belgium:

Standard: Orders placed before 23:00 will be delivered the next day, including track & trace. During busy periods or limited stock, delivery may be slightly delayed (1-2 days). We will keep you informed of the delivery status via the tracking information.

Worldwide:

Standard: 3 - 5 (working) days. (including tracking)

Stockroom:

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands, and all our products are available in stock. Orders are processed until 23:00 and then transferred to our logistics partners.

Postage costs:

For every order under €30,-, €4.95 will be charged as shipping costs. These costs will be automatically added to the total amount at checkout. For orders above €30,-, we will include the shipping costs.

Incorrect delivery address:

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the customer enters an incorrect shipping address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the incorrect delivery of the package. In the event of an incorrect shipping address, the seller will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer, but the customer is responsible for any additional costs that may arise as a result.

Track your order

If you have placed an order with us, you can easily track your package 1 day after your order using the tracking number you receive by email.
