EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Are you not satisfied with your order? This can happen to all of us and you have the right to return your order within 30 days. As soon as the return shipment has been received, we will ensure that the purchase amount is in your account within 5 working days after receipt.

Easy returns in 4 simple steps:

Step 1: Register your return via info@sansbeaute.nl! Returns that have not been registered in advance, we unfortunately cannot process.

Step 2: Fill in the return form

Download the return form here and fill it out completely.

Step 3: Send your order and report the tracking number via info@sansbeaute.nl

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Make sure you provide the package with a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible and we do not want any misunderstandings to arise.

Step 4: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account

Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5 working days.
